My purpose has always been to help others, it is life's journey that is ever changing. Becoming a vessel to assist others with therapeutic healing has been the most incredible, rewarding path imaginable.

I received my Massage and Bodywork Practitioner diploma from Mind Body Institute of Northern Michigan, Myofascial Release Practitioner under John F. Barnes, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner under Dr. Bradley Nelson, I am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, Reiki Master (Japanese origin by Mikao Usui) and Ordained Minister under the Universal Brotherhood Movement.

I created Soul Expression to be a place where you have permission to recharge your mind, body and spirit. It is about catering to you to provide your mind, body and spirit what they need to acquire a balanced life! The demands on our lives can be overwhelming....and while we often push through, a balanced life enhances our peace, serenity and happiness.

Soul Expression assists clients to finding their balance to overall health and well-being so they can go out and take on the world.
